Many enterprises use a schema registry for schema evolution use cases, such as the Confluent Schema Registry. This release includes 116 enhancements, documentation improvements, dependency upgrades, and bug fixes.

This is the second release candidate and so doesn't include much in the way of new features. It does, however, bring a migration to Jakarta EE 10 APIs and a few changes to /actuator endpoints.
